Welcome Agents

to EXIT Landmark Realty

To ensure your Real Estate career with EXIT Landmark Realty gets started on the right path, please complete the steps below:

  • Sign up for the next New Agent Orientation class and Combined Monthly Sales Meeting, please check office calendar for dates

  • Upload your Professional Photo to the EXIT Resource Center (RC)

    • Using your Roster Code and password access the EXIT Resource Center

    • Log in using your Roster Code and your default password

      • Default Password is <First four letters of your Last Name + Last four of Social Security Number, Abcd#1234>

    • Hover over the top right corner where your avatar/silhouette is located

      • Click on ‘My Profile’ in the popup menu

      • Click on ‘Photo’ on the bottom left of the screen under the  Public Profile heading

  • Create and upload your Bio to the corporate EXIT Resource Center (RC)

    • Using your Roster Code and password access the EXIT Resource Center 

    • Hover over the top right corner where your avatar/silhouette is located

      • Click on ‘My Profile’ in the popup menu

      • Click on ‘Bio’ on the bottom left of the screen under the Public Profile heading

      • Click on the hyperlink ‘our tip sheet’ for help creating your bio.

        • Additional resources (video and worksheet/article) for creating your bio can be found in the RC by clicking on Search (magnifying glass icon) in the top right header bar and entering, ‘Think you have a great bio’ 

    • After you have uploaded your Bio to the EXIT RC send a copy of both your Bio and Photo to the Front Desk via email to be added to the EXIT Landmark Website.

    • Now that you have your professional picture and bio, it is a good idea to post your profile on Real Estate sites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.

  • Create your business card

    • Set up your Mobile business card in the Resource Center

      • From the Agent Dashboard in the EXIT Resource center hover over your name in the top right of the screen and select Mobile Business Card from the dropdown menu.

      • Create your custom text code, auto reply message, and 'about me' section

    • Purchase your business card using EXIT Approved Suppliers

  • Familiarize yourself with EXIT's Text Code system

    • Choose 3 text codes from this list and text them to 85377 to become familiar with the different EXIT text codes and what they provide!

  • Mandatory Trainings to be completed:

    1. Watch Accelerate Your Business in the Resource Center

      1. Click the search function and type: Accelerate Your Business

    2. Complete the Agent Success Plan:  New Agent in the Resource Center

      1. Click the search function and type: Agent Success Plan and select the "Agents Success Plan- New Agent" (Download PDF HERE)

    3. Coach52 

      1. Look out for an email with your account login and instructions for setting up your account.

        1. Check your spam and if you cannot find the email, please reach out to the front desk.

      2. Watch the Welcome Video in the welcome email BEFORE logging in

        1. Go to Guides in the EXIT Landmark Agent Forum, 

        2. Select Guide 5: Tools & Training

        3. Watch Coach52 Agent Platform

    4. Complete Listing, Contract AND Addendums Classes for the state which you are licensed. 

  • Sign up for Bright MLS (email liz.exitlandmarkmd@gmail.com to notify of membership request)

    • Once you've joined BrightMLS, login to your account 

    • Click support in the top right 

    • Select 'Getting Started'. Explore the page,

    • We recommend completing all of the new agent courses.

 

  • Set up your Free EXIT Branded DotLoop account.

    • Go to https://be.exitrealty.com/

    • Click ‘EXITize Me,’

    • Click ‘MyPaperless Solution,’

    • Sign up for DotLoop Basics Training.

    • Setup your FREE EXITized Dotloop account.

      • Once you have a listing, contract or lease to prepare, please contact the front desk at your office to convert your account to the office DotLoop account.

  • Schedule a 1-on-1 with the manager of the office you joined! 

    • The purpose of this meeting is to develop your Real Estate strategy and next steps.

  • LAST STEP

    • Review Lead Source Options provided through the Office here.

As a new agent, your first 3 listing transactions and the first 3 sales transactions with EXIT Landmark Realty are REQUIRED to be reviewed by a member of the EXIT Landmark Realty management team. Reach out to manager via text, phone or email to review PRIOR to submitting to the other agent.
